PLEASE, use every opportunity you have to distribute this information as far and to as many as possible.

Thank you.

John McCain

Frankly, you have to be suffering from short-term memory loss to consider his candidacy without laughing. In fact, the more you know of his record the worse it gets.

Rudolph Giuliani

"...Immigration politics have similarly harmed New York. Former mayor Rudolph Giuliani sued all the way up to the Supreme Court to defend the city’s sanctuary policy against a 1996 federal law decreeing that cities could not prohibit their employees from cooperating with the INS. Oh yeah? said Giuliani; just watch me. The INS, he claimed, with what turned out to be grotesque irony, only aims to “terrorize people.” Though he lost in court, he remained defiant to the end. On September 5, 2001, his handpicked charter-revision committee ruled that New York could still require that its employees keep immigration information confidential to preserve trust between immigrants and government. Six days later, several visa-overstayers participated in the most devastating attack on the city and the country in history..."
http://www.city-journal.org/html/14_1_the_illegal_alien.html

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R-NY): Giuliani came under fire in late 2007 after it was discovered the former New York mayor’s office “billed obscure city agencies for tens of thousands of dollars in security expenses amassed during the time when he was beginning an extramarital relationship with future wife Judith Nathan in the Hamptons…” ABC News also reported that Giuliani provided Nathan with a police vehicle and a city driver at taxpayer expense. All of this news came on the heels of the federal indictment on corruption charges of Giuliani’s former Police Chief and business partner Bernard Kerik, who pleaded guilty in 2006 to accepting a $165,000 bribe in the form of renovations to his Bronx apartment from a construction company attempting to land city contracts.

Mike ‘The Huckster’ Huckabee

The Huckster has no formal education nor experience suitable to prepare him for the presidency. According to one of his own aides his method of governance was merely putting out fires with no planning or foreward thinking at all. The Arkansas republican leadership have quite alot to say about the Huckster, so much so, that two of them went to Iowa to warn the voters there about this con artist.

Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR): Governor Huckabee enjoyed a meteoric rise in the polls in December 2007, which prompted a more thorough review of his ethics record. According to The Associated Press: “[Huckabee’s] career has also been colored by 14 ethics complaints and a volley of questions about his integrity, ranging from his management of campaign cash to his use of a nonprofit organization to subsidize his income to his destruction of state computer files on his way out of the governor’s office.” And what was Governor Huckabee’s response to these ethics allegations? Rather than cooperating with investigators, Huckabee sued the state ethics commission twice and attempted to shut the ethics process down.

A prominent national GOP insider tells Politics1 that he believes Morris—despite his claims to the contrary—is paid for his services through Huckabee media consultant Dick Dresner. According to the source, Morris purportedly gets piece of all Huckabee campaign polling revenues, media commissions and consulting fees through money paid to Dresner’s firm. Explaining the relationship, Huckabee told one GOP pollster: “I feel like I want to take a shower after I meet with him, but Morris is a smart guy and I need him.” http://www.politics1.com/blog-1207.htm

Endorsement from a Liberal Elected Official: A Time To Embrace - “I can tell you that for a long time, I have felt the strongest Republican -certainly in Ohio -would be Mr. Huckabee. Early on, people were surprised that I would say that because he was not registering in the polls. But I know him, I’ve met him. He’s a very likable guy. He’s been a governor. A Baptist minister. But he’s the kind of combination of conservative views in some ways, but very, almost liberal views in other ways. He’s a very socially compassionate man who obviously has concern for the poor and the working middle class, while at the same time, having rather conservative views when it comes to a matter like abortion or gay marriage. ... I think of all the Republican candidates, Mr. Huckabee would be my personal choice.”

Willard Mitt Romney

Willard has shown all the integrity of a circus clown. He has repeatedly switched positions on every fundamental issue you care to name at least once which vividly demonstrates he is an appeaser, not a president or even a governor for that matter. While he now evokes Reagan at every opportunity he shunned even the questions about Reagan while running to the Left of Kennedy for his senate seat.

Willard has made health insurance MANDATORY for American citizens...WHO dares dictate what Americans will buy for themselves!?

Willard permanently banned a list of firearms which he mindnumbingly offers are not inanimate objects...this clown is not just an appeaser, he’s a stone idiot or thinks we are.

Romney Signs Off On Permanent Assault Weapons Ban 7/8/04“Deadly assault weapons have no place in Massachusetts,” Romney said, at a bill signing ceremony on July 1 with legislators, sportsmen’s groups and gun safety advocates. “These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.”

No One Criticizes Thompson’s Policy or Message

http://www.gopusanj.com/wordpress/?p=1286

“Critics and skeptics have come out with various comments against Fred Thompson. People reference poll numbers, his campaign strategy or production, and question his drive or desire. There are comments about all things political, and that is the misplaced emphasis in this presidential campaign ….. concentration on “form” or “politics.”
While those following the presidential race want to follow the “politics” of things, and watch the “horse race,” they overlook the most important factor that should be the basis for supporting a candidate, and that which will be the most important reason for a victory in the general election, the candidate’s “substance,” or “policy” and record.
The form over substance mentality is exactly what allows the deterioration of, and movement away from, conservatism. Conservatives believe a conservative message will defeat any Democrat; if they did not believe that they would not be looking for the most conservative candidate and the candidates would not be trying to claim that title. Therefore, substance should trump form; “policy” should win over “politics,” and the latter will ultimately follow the former.
But, by focusing on “politics,” and overlooking “policy,” people are looking past the shining star staring them in the face; they are so worried about losing to Democrats they are failing to see the one candidate that can prevent that fear from becoming a reality….”

The Huckster Con

  • Nov 28, 2007
  • Post a comment

Mike Huckabee didn't always favor a pro-life amendment as his campaign demands...big mistake. Up until just 1 year ago the Huckster was publicly offering the Federalist position of appointing judges who didn't legislate from the bench to overturn Roe vs. Wade. Today, Huckabee even goes so far as to ridicule Thompson for the exact same position...that isn't flip-flopping, that's a con artist at work to fool as many voters as he can...What did Lincoln say about that??;

On 2/12/95 an article Ralph Z. Harlow from the Washington Times wrote under the caption "Conservatives Hold Fire On Abortion" the Huckster said this:
"In the spirit of federalism, the proposed GOP revision also would replace the abortion amendment with a statement saying the issue should be left up to the individual state legislatures to deal with as each sees fit. 'That's exactly what we have looked for, and if it's left up to the states, more of them are going to put some restrictions on abortion,' Arkansas Lt. Gov. Mike Huckabee said in an interview after appearing on a conference panel yesterday."

On 4/06 in an interview with John Hawkins on RightWing News the Huckster was talking the same talk: http://www.rightwingnews.com/interviews/huckabee.php

"It would please me because I think Roe v. Wade is based on a real stretch of Constitutional application — that somehow there is a greater privacy issue in the abortion concern — than there is a human life issue — and that the federal government should be making that decision as opposed to states making that decision. So, I’ve never felt that it was a legitimate manner in which to address this and, first of all, it should be left to the states, the 10th Amendment..."

BUT then on 11/19/07;
Huckabee Rejects Letting States Decide Whether to Allow Abortions
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312107,00.html

"If morality is the point here, and if it’s right or wrong, not just a political question, then you can’t have 50 different versions of what’s right and what’s wrong."

"For those of us for whom this is a moral question, you can’t simply have 50 different versions of what’s right,"he said in an interview on Fox News Sunday."

"But my surprise was nothing compared to the surprise of people across America who had been faithful supporters of right to life, said Huckabee, who is challenging Thompson’s claim that he is the most reliable conservative in the GOP field.

Rudolph Suggests He's Pro-Second Amendment??

  • Nov 24, 2007

Well, at least he didn't try a bald-faced lie like Romney did...but, he may just as well have.

Giuliani didn't just illegally deprive New Yorkers of their Constitutional rights, he brought a lawsuit against ALL of the major firearm manufacturers which, if it had succeeded each of them would have gone bankrupt.

Then obviously Rudolph would have easily predicted that the lawsuit he initiated could very well end all production of new firearms throughout the country...everywhere. Somehow, I don't think the 80 Million Americans and their families will appreciate Rudolph's position no matter how many times he speaks at an NRA dinner...Cell phone interruption or not.

However, to get the full effect of exactly what Rudolph was up to in New York City a very short time ago, lets let him tell it in his own words, shall we?

"...we may be able to find some sort of meaning in this tragedy by using it as a catalyst to revive national gun control efforts."

Mayor's Message
March 9, 1997
http://www.nyc.gov/html/records/rwg/html/97a/me970309.html
"We must continue to build on our city's success in reducing crime. And that means working for a stricter national gun licensing law. So in states like Florida, it would be more difficult to get a gun license than it would be to get a driver's license.

I applaud President Clinton's recent proposal to Congress to prohibit all foreign visitors from buying or carrying a gun. But it should go further, much further. And what we should have are national uniform gun licensing laws so that guns, like automobiles and drivers, would be subjected to reasonable licensing procedures.

If indeed Congress heeds its moral obligation and enacts this kind of legislation, perhaps some good can come from the terrible tragedy at the Empire State Building."

New York City Charter Revision: Making Proven Reforms Permanent by Rudolph W. Giuliani

http://www.nyc.gov/html/records/rwg/html/99b/me991101.html

A "yes" vote will help cement our City's gains in improving public safety… because one of the reforms is a tough gun-safety provision that will require trigger locks on all guns purchased in New York City, and impose strict penalties for failure. There's also a provision creating "gun free" safety zones around every school, giving us tough new tools to protect our children from gun violence."

Once and For All, Let's End Parole by Rudolph W. Giuliani January 25, 1998

"If we do this - and successfully advocate other crucial changes in state and federal law, including strong federal gun control legislation..."

Something tells me that Rudolph's challenge to Fred today about his pro-rights record is not going to hold much water.
